All incomplete or under process transactions can be put on hold/cancel at any time, subject it must not involve any subjective payments which has been either initiated or completed from our end. No cancellation request will be accepted once, it is processed/partially processed. Any cancellation request must be raised against full order only, No Partial cancellation of order will be entertained.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund against a successful cancellation request.

Detailed (Non-Tatkal Refund)
For Tatkal Refunds, refund amount will be credited to Individual User’s Wallet at Graminsewa Digital Portal , No Refund in Bank account will be provided However, For Non-Tatkal Refunds, A refund process will be initiated from our end and after processing time of 3-7 business days, amount will be refunded in corresponding account number.
